in transition, in crisis or who are separated from their normal support systems and are
facing a travel related crisis.
With offices at DFW International Airport, and coming soon to the Fort Worth Intermodal
Transportation Center, Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth offers the following human service
and information programs:

Volunteer Information Program

events, program fees, United Way of Tarrant County, and other sources. Travelers Aid
Dallas/Fort Worth is a member of Travelers Aid International, the oldest non-sectarian
social welfare organization in the United States. In 2008, Travelers Aid Dallas/Fort Worth
assisted more than 50,000 clients comprised of DFW area residents and travelers in
need.

The classic Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory will be shown at the Palace
Theatre on Friday, March 9, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.. Tickets are $5. Find the Golden

RAIN OR SHINE - THE FESTIVAL IS ON!!!!!!!
The forecast is for a wet weekend this year. But rain will never deter chocolate lovers from the objects of
their desire. Due to the high percentage of rain forecast for the DFW area Saturday, all outdoor activities are
being cancelled. The chocolate festival and sampling will go on as scheduled in the Palace Arts Center.
Both the Friday evening and Saturday events will operate regardless of the weather. So, join us and enjoy
some great chocolate!!!!!

JUDGING CHOCOLATE SAMPLES IS HARD WORK AND REQUIRES

each vendor's chocolate creations. Its a tough job, but these dedicated folks are willing to make the sacrifice.
But, as with all difficult tasks, training and preparation are key. KLUV Morning Show personalities Kathy
Jones and Rebekah Black are joining us for the fourth year in a row as judges for the Day of Chocolate and
Art. How do they do it you may ask?????? Why a strong training regiment of course. Click the link below for
