VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES:
For chocolate vendors the 8th Annual ChocolateFest is an exciting opportunity to showcase your chocolate creations to a  
very select, high income demographic by participating in one or two events over a two-day period!

For art vendors, the 8th Annual ChocolateFest is an excellent opportunity to showcase your medium and creations to the
same very select high income demographic by participating in the Day of Chocolate and Art Event.

Chocolate Tasting Sample Sponsor (Friday Night)

SPONSOR COMMITMENT:
  • Sponsor provides tasting samples and serving staff for the event.  
  • Sponsor must commit to provide samples for projected attendance of 550.  (Recommended sample size 1.5” x 2”,
    or one cookie, two pieces of candy, 3 oz custard, ice cream etc.)
  • Sponsor is responsible for serving utensils, containers, additional display or signage, storage containers, and hand
    washing station.  
  • Sponsor must obtain a temporary food establishment permit from the Tarrant County Health Department ($35)
  • Sponsor may also sell or take orders for products in addition to providing the samples
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
  • Draped Display table and two chairs Friday night
  • Company listing on event-produced signage at Friday and Saturday event
  • Company listing and/or link on event web page
  • Opportunity to sell/take orders for products at event
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
  • (2) Admission tickets to An Evening of Chocolate and Wine Friday night to be used at your discretion

Chocolate Tasting Sample Sponsor (Saturday)

SPONSOR COMMITMENT:
  • Sponsor provides tasting samples and serving staff for the event.  
  • Sponsor must commit to provide samples for 60% of projected attendance of 1200 (approx. 720 samples).  
    (Recommended sample size 1.5” x 2”, or one cookie, a piece of candy, 3 oz custard, ice cream etc.)
  • Sponsor is responsible for serving utensils, containers, additional display or signage, storage containers, and hand
    washing station.  
  • Sponsor must obtain a temporary food establishment permit from the Tarrant County Health Department ($35)
  • Sponsor may also sell or take orders for products in addition to providing the samples
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
  • Draped Display table, two chairs, and sign
  • Volunteer assigned to your table to assist with taking tickets and to provide support
  • Company listing on event-produced signage at Friday and Saturday event
  • Company listing and link on event web page
  • Opportunity to sell/take orders for products at event
AMENITIES INCLUDE:
  • (2) Admission tickets to A Day of Chocolate and Art to be used at your discretion
  • Exclusive hospitality area for vendor use during event.

Art Vendor (Saturday Only)

SPONSOR COMMITMENT:
  • Sponsor provides exhibits and demonstrations of hand made work and medium or technique.  Please note art items
    must be original hand made items.  Items not considered original hand made art (i.e. Scentsy Candles, Tupperware
    and other commercially produced items for resale will not be considered)
  • Sponsor may sell artwork but must provide any necessary packaging for works sold.  
  • Sponsor is responsible set up, tear down, staffing their booth during festival hours, and any cash or credit processing
    equipment or containers.
  • Sponsor may use own table or equipment if desired.
  • Art exhibits and sales will be outside in the garden patio setting of Weems Alley next to the Palace Arts Center.  Please
    note art exhibits and sales will be contingent on weather.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:
  • Booth consisting of draped display table, two chairs, and sign.  Electricity if needed and if requested in advance.
  • Company listing on event-produced signage at Friday and Saturday event
  • Company listing and link on event web page
  • Opportunity to sell/take orders for products at event
  • Two admission tickets to A Day of Chocolate and Art Event to be used at sponsor’s discretion.

Chocolate Vendors must obtain a temporary Health Permit from the Tarrant County Health Department to participate in the day
event and/or evening event.  Vendors must complete and submit an application and a $35 fee to the health department for
each event they choose to participate in.  Listed below are links to the health department applications for each event in addition
to an instruction sheet.  Vendors may also obtain these applications and instructions by email or fax.  Please click the email
