Volunteers Play a Major Role in the Annual ChocolateFest

Volunteers have contributed greatly to the growing success of the Annual Travelers Aid
ChocolateFest.  There are numerous opportunities for volunteers at both events of the
ChocolateFest.

Travelers Aid Director of Volunteers
Tammy Hingtgen will coordinate and
schedule all volunteers.  She may be
reached at 972-574-3694.
Volunteers are needed for both the evening and daytime
event.  Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up the
event, during the event, and in tearing down after the
event.

Evening Shifts (March 9, 2012) are:
Setup:  3 p.m. - 7 p.m.
During Event:  7 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Tear Down:  9 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Daytime Shifts (March 11, 2012) are:
Setup:  8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
During Event:  10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tear Down:  3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
