| Volunteers are needed for both the evening and daytime event. Volunteers are needed to assist with setting up the event, during the event, and in tearing down after the event. Evening Shifts (March 9, 2012) are: Setup: 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. During Event: 7 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Tear Down: 9 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Daytime Shifts (March 11, 2012) are: Setup: 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. During Event: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tear Down: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. |
